This collection consists of Congressional correspondence regarding Russia from the National Security Council Records Management System numbers documents. It includes correspondence to President Clinton or the National Security Advisor from Senators and Representatives on various Russian subjects, such as presidential trips to Russia, political reform, imports, aid packages, and legislation. In addition, the collection contains correspondence from President Clinton in response to Congressional queries and requests. The files also include background material, routine memoranda, and reports on U.S./Russian relations.
