This collection contains the files of Carolyn Gatz, who worked in the Office of Policy Development in 1993. The Office of Policy Development was responsible for advising and assisting the President in the formulation, coordination, and implementation of domestic and economic policy. Eventually, the Office of Policy Development was split into two new offices: the National Economic Council and the Domestic Policy Council. This collection includes news clippings and articles, memos, drafts of health care reform publications, informational packets, letters from the public, polling data, and publications; all primarily concern health care.
