This collection consists of records related to the work of the Office of Scheduling and Advance in preparing for President Clinton’s trip to Northern Ireland in September of 1998. The Office of Scheduling and Advance is responsible for the organization, planning, and execution of the President's schedules for all his meetings, trips and events. The office is also responsible for organizing and setting up activities for all national and international travel by the President and First Lady. The files contain annotated speeches, correspondence, memos, emails, schedules, lists and trip books.
