This collection contains correspondence between the Office of National Drug Control Policy and the Executive Office of the President between 1993 and 1996. The Office of National Drug Control Policy oversees the drug control efforts of executive office agencies in both domestic and foreign policy, working alongside state and local anti-drug efforts. The records include strategy discussions on school and community drug control and current policy, drafts of an executive order establishing a Cabinet Council on Drug Strategy Implementation, thank you notes, event invitations and scheduling discussions, and reports on drug use statistics.
