Gift of three miniature oil barrels made of sterling silver to First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton from Prince Saud bin Nayyif bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. These were presented to the First Lady when her plane stopped in Saudi Arabia to refuel on the way back from a trip to Southeast Asia in 1995.
