This collection consists of records related to the Clinton Administration's use of and interaction with digital surveillance technologies. This collection consists of background materials, cables, correspondence, and press clipping concerning the Department of Defense and Digital Surveillance Radars, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, and the role of digital surveillance in the context of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) monitoring and safeguards.
