This collection consists of records related to Morton Halperin and a Kosovo panel discussion for the District of Columbia Jewish Community Center. Morton Halperin was Director of the Center for National Security Studies, Senior Vice President of The Century Foundation/Twentieth Century Fund, a Senior Fellow of the Council on Foreign Relations, Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Democracy at the National Security Council from 1994-1996. He was Director of the Policy Planning Staff at the Department of State from 1998-2001. This collection only contains emails.
