This collection consists of records related to Larry Klayman, Judicial Watch, or Freedom Watch. It contains memoranda, court records, and press materials, email, press clippings, transcripts of news shows, and transcripts of White House press briefings which mention Klayman, Judicial Watch, or one of the civil suits. Textual records responsive to this FOIA request consist of documents concerning the Judicial Watch lawsuits, specifically Cara Leslie Alexander et al vs. Federal Bureau of Investigation et al, Judicial Watch and National Legal and Policy Center vs. Hillary Rodham Clinton et al, and the 1998 lawsuit concerning the transfer of sensitive technology through Loral Space and Communications, Ltd. to China, W.L. Meng et al vs. Bernard Schwartz et al. Furthermore, the White House Office of Records Management’s files contain folder title lists of boxes searched in the discovery phase of Alexander v. FBI. Email processed in response this request consists of correspondence referencing Larry Klayman, Judicial Watch, or Freedom Watch.
