This is video footage of President William Jefferson Clinton delivering remarks at the Presentation Ceremony for the Congressional Medal of Honor.
The two receipients are Master Sergeant Gary Gordon and Sergeant First Class Randall Shughart, both of whom received the Medal Of Honor posthumously for their heroism at the Battle of Mogadishu, Somalia, where they assisted at the second UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crash site during the battle on October 3rd and 4th, 1994.
