The collection contains information and statistics submitted by various government departments and working groups, suggested themes, research materials, lists of potential SOTU guests, speech drafts, responses to the SOTU, correspondence, media outreach planning, news clippings, and photocopies of signed covers of the SOTU sent to information contributors, members of the legislature, and supporters.
