The Clinton Administration History Project describes in detail the accomplishments of President Clinton and his advisors for the period 1993-2001. The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) was established in 1988 with the signing of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988. Items responsive to this FOIA request were submitted to the White House by the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) in support of their chapter of the history. Open records in this collection include a review of drug counterintelligence architecture. This collection has a large number of pages closed for national security reasons.
