This collection consists of records from three topical areas: Records Management System, PRS Records; Holiday and New Year Greetings, and Petitions. The collection dates 1993-2000 but primarily is between 1993 and 1994. Approximately half of the records contain RMS numbered documents consisting of correspondence, memos, profile sheets, and administrative paperwork. A smaller portion are holiday and New Year greetings from foreign heads of state, foreign dignitaries, Americans based abroad, and foreign citizens. The balance of the collection contains a series of petitions known as the Bosnia petition, the Hattori-Haymaker petition, and the Landmine petition. Much of the correspondence in this collection is either to, or from, Samuel Berger or Anthony Lake. There is a significant amount of administrative records in this collection
