This collection was made available via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The FOIA request was for the meeting minutes of the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel (ISCAP). This collection includes the minutes from the regular meetings of the ISCAP. The committee met regularly, as needed, that was roughly twice a quarter, on a calendar year basis. Included in this collection are the minutes of the ISCAP from 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999. The minutes for 2000 were processed as part of FOIA request 2012-0286-F. The ISCAP held its first meeting May 31, 1996 and it held no meeting in January 2001.
