This collection consists of records related to President Clinton's trip to dedicate his birthplace home in Hope, Arkansas as a National Historic Site. President Clinton also visited Texarkana and Little Rock, Arkansas on the same trip, from March 11-13, 1999. The records concern the arrangement of the Scheduling and Travel Offices in the White House to procure flights, buses, hotels, and other arrangements needed for the White House and the press pool for the trip.
