These Clinton Presidential Records were declassified in response to a Mandatory Declassification Review request for documents related to United States military operations or air strikes against targets in Afghanistan and Sudan in 1998. Documents released include talking points for telephone conversations with presidents Yeltsin and Chirac. The collection also includes memorandum of telephone conversations with presidents Yeltsin and Chirac. It also includes correspondence with Chinese Premier Jiang Zemin.
