Roll Call Votes of Members of Congress - Collection Finding Aid
Identifier
Description
This collection consists of files relating to the roll call votes of members of Congress. The records, though sparse, do highlight the voting records of three Senators—John Ashcroft of Missouri, Jon Kyl of Arizona, and Trent Lott of Mississippi—with respect to judicial nominations in the 105th and 106th Congress (1997-2001). The material found here includes roll call ballots (generally in the form of photocopies), handwritten notes, tables showing how members of Congress voted in certain cases, and publications listing the “yea” and “nay” votes of Senators on judicial nominations.
Please Note: No items in this collection have yet been scanned nor made available online. For access to the collection please visit the Clinton Library's research room.
