This collection consists of Lyn Hogan’s records from her work in the Office of Policy Development relating to issues of child care and the child welfare system. There are a significant number of items relating to the child welfare system, including adoption, child abuse, foster care, the juvenile and family court system, and adoption legislation. The records include memos, publications, transcripts, academic reports and papers, correspondence, and articles.
