An account of the resource
This collection consists of the records of Jose Cerda III who served as Special Assistant in the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) in 1993, as Director of Interagency Affairs in the Office of Public and Legislative Affairs in 1994, as Senior Policy Analyst for the Domestic Policy Council in 1995, and as Special Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy in 1998 and 1999. It includes correspondence from members of Congress, federal agencies, and law enforcement unions/representatives, memos, press releases, speeches, fact sheets, talking points, ONDCP and other crime reports, news clippings, articles, email, and notes.
