to the South Lawn Pavilion.

Two mini~buses, one handicap van, four limos, two cars with NEA and NEH
chairmen begin to arrive from the St. Regis Hotel to the SW Gate with awardees
and primary guests, who join their guests in the South Lawn Pavilion.
SOS Note: Vehicles to be allowed inside the SW Gate before guests are magged.
Handicap van and limos staged nearby to transport their guests to Constitution
Hall in the event the awardees do not want to take the trolleys.

President. The President places medal around recipient's neck.
After each presentation, the President, the First Lady and the Recipient
pause for a photo and the Recipient returns to hislher seat on stage.
Upon conclusion of the 24 presentations, the President thanks guests and the
President and the First Lady depart.
