An account of the resource
This collection consists of records concerning Donald Steinberg, Senior Director for African Affairs on the National Security Council, and the policy of the Clinton Administration towards Rwanda from 1993 to 1994. These records include reports, memos, correspondence, press briefings, and United Nations documents.
