Scope and Content
The materials in FOIA 2006-0296-F are a selective, not necessarily all inclusive, body of documents

FOIA request 2006-0296-F consists of cables, emails, memoranda. The cables are relating to Africa,
Germany, Daily Press Briefings, and Press Conferences. The emails contain records related to meetings,
briefings, and travel regarding Rwanda, Zaire, Burundi, Nigeria, Gambia, Middle East, and China. The
memoranda contains material regarding meetings, briefings, talking points, and reports related to
Rwanda, Haiti, Israel, Russia, Bosnia, and the Space Station.
