Scope and Content
Carol Rasco served as Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy Council (DPC) from 1993 to 1997
and was vital in the implementation of the Clinton Administration’s domestic policies. The
Correspondence series includes communications dealing with topics such as health care, welfare reform,
housing, employment, persons with disabilities, immigrant benefits, education, women and children, and
senior citizens. The records include memos, letters, greeting cards, petitions, recommendations, forms,
resumes, applications, and weekly reports.
