Scope and Content
The materials in FOIA 2006-0371-F are a selective, not necessarily all inclusive, body of documents
responsive to the topic of the FOIA. Researchers should consult the archivist about related materials.
FOIA request 2006-0371-F contains materials from the Counsel’s Office concerning the October 20,
2000 presidential pardon of Cheryl Little.
The White House Staff and Office Files of Meredith Cabe contain correspondence between the
Counsel’s Office and President Clinton. The files include an October 5, 2000 memorandum to the
President recommending the pardon of Cheryl Little. Also included are copies of the President’s
Executive Grant of Clemency.
