Dear Ms. Rasco:
\
It was nice to meet you, if only briefly, at the November 6 discussions organized by Stan
Greenberg. You mentioned that, if! were going to be in Washington DC at some point, it might
be worthwhile for me to meet with you and some members of your staff. As it turns out" I will
_need to be in Washington DC for an evening dinner meeting on' Friday, De,cember.3. I could
come early that day, if this were a good time for a discussion.
Please let me know when you can.
Sincerely yours,

'Twas three weeks before Christmas,
And through the White House,
Not an Associate was celebrating,
Not even a mouse.
The nominees were all being vetted with care,
In hopes that Congress would prove to be fair.
When out from his office did Bernie appear,
With his calendar in hand crying, "the 25th is near!"
"On Neuwirth, on Sloan, on Nolan and Bill,
Get Klein and Neil and call Cheryl Mills!"
"We'll have an Open House "pawty", tell everyone to remember,
It will take place in my office on the 16th of December!
/I
So no excuse will be accepted, whatever the reason,
In joining the Counsel in a toast to the season!

I have, been reading with great interest 'the Clinton
administ-ration's concept of providing all Americans with quality
medical care. At the same time, the disabled need, help to
utilize the' opportunities offered to them in our democracy.
For this reason Conductive Education is so very important.
Conductive Education is dedicated to giving disabled individuals
a way to perform at their very best. You see, our interests
are similar.
We are looking forward to your acceptance to speak at our
Conductive Education Conference. Tentatively, we have
rescheduled our conference date from March to May 14th or May
21st. If a Friday is more convenient we could accommodate your
schedule. Our Conference will probably be held at the Academy
of Sciences near 5th Avenue on 63rd Street in Manhattan.
Our main focus at the Conductive Education Conference will be
to discuss how the Clinton Health Plan will include the needs
of children and adults with disabilities. You are best informed
regarding this topic, ~n~ as our keynoter you will be give~
prime morning time at our plenary session for your presentation.
The other sessions at the conference will provide our audience
with updated information on the growth of Conductive Education
throughout the world. Other sessions will be on the practices
and innovations within Conductive Education programs.
