This appeal of closures in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request 2018-0616-F for records related to the meetings of Secretary of Defense William Perry on December 21, 1994. Secretary Perry had a meeting with President Clinton on December 21, 1994 to receive a briefing from Vice President Al Gore on the status of NATO expansion negotiations with Russia. Records in this appeal include an email planning upcoming meetings and briefing schedules for those meetings.
