Kavanaugh served as Associate Counsel in the Office of Independent Counsel and responsive email is related to the “Starr Investigation.” Many of the responsive emails in this collection contain material that is in the public domain, such as press transcripts and news articles. This collection also consists of Worker and Visitor Entry System (WAVES) records containing logs of Brett Kavanaugh’s visits to the White House from 1994-1996.
