Easter Egg Roll - Collection Finding Aid
This collection consists of records concerning the White House Easter Egg Roll held on the South Lawn of the White House since 1878. This collection specifically concerns the 1998 Easter Egg Roll that was broadcast over the Internet. The records consist of contracts, correspondents, and press between the participants in the broadcast: The White House Visitor's Office, The National Park Service, and Earthlink. It was the largest cybercast of its kind and provided children across the nation with the opportunity to the watch Easter Egg Roll for the first time.
