Scope and Content
The materials in FOIA 2008-1575-F are a selective, not necessarily all inclusive, body of documents
responsive to the topic of the FOIA. Researchers should consult the archivist about related materials.
FOIA request 2008-1575-F contains records from the White House Office of Records Management
(WHORM) subject files. The records consist of correspondence and program brochures from the
Human Potential Foundation for the “When Cosmic Cultures Meet” convention on May 27-29, 1995.
The correspondence includes invitations for President William Jefferson Clinton and First Lady Hillary
Clinton to speak at the convention.
System of Arrangement
Records that were responsive to this FOIA request were found in one collection area – Clinton
Presidential Records: WHORM Subject Files. WHORM files are processed at the document level. The
WHORM Subject File was compiled by the White House Office of Records Management and is a series
of categories designated by a letter/number combination.
