These Clinton Presidential Records were declassified in response to a Mandatory Declassification Review request for documents related to correspondence between President Clinton and Iranian President Mohammad Khatami. Included is a message from President Clinton to President Khatami regarding al-Khobar and Foreign Broadcast Information Service (FBIS) articles on Hamas leaders.
