This collection consists of records of Donald Baer. Baer was Assistant to the President and White House Director of Strategic Planning and Communications. He worked at the White House from 1994-1998 as Chief Speechwriter/Director of Speechwriting and Research and then worked in the Communications Office. The records contain copies of speeches, speech drafts, talking points, letters, notes, memoranda, background material, correspondence, reports, excerpts from manuscripts and books, news articles, presidential schedules, telephone message forms, and telephone call lists
