This is video footage of President William Jefferson Clinton attending and delivering remarks at a ceremony honoring those who died in an aircraft crash in Croatia, including United States Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown. Thirty-five individuals were killed on April 3, 1996, when a United States Air Force CT-43A crashed into a hillside attempting to make a landing in Dubrovnik, Croatia. This is a ceremony honoring those individuals' return to the United States to be buried.
